Transport Process & Tracking Update Guide

Dear Customer,
After your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number before the tracking information is updated online.
If there is no tracking information at the beginning, please don't worry. This is normal for international transportation. Tracking information is usually updated once the parcel arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local courier, such as UPS, DHL, DPD, FedEx, or another local delivery company.
Shipping Process
A. China Domestic Logistics
The goods are first shipped from our factory to the logistics warehouse in China. This usually takes about 3-4 days.
B. International Transportation
After the goods arrive at the logistics warehouse, they will be arranged for international transportation by sea, railway, air, or another suitable shipping method, depending on the order and destination. This is usually the longest part of the whole delivery process. The transit time depends on the destination country, shipping method, shipping route, customs clearance, and local delivery arrangement. Shipments to the United States, Europe, and other regions may have different delivery times. During this stage, tracking information may not update frequently, but the shipment is still in transit and the logistics process is continuing.
C. Customs Clearance and Local Delivery
After the goods arrive in the destination country, they will go through customs clearance. Once customs clearance is completed, the parcel will be handed over to the local courier, such as UPS, DHL, DPD, FedEx, or another local delivery company for final delivery. At this stage, the tracking information will normally start to update, and you will be able to track the parcel more clearly.
D. Goods Received
After receiving the goods, please inspect the outer carton and goods carefully before use or installation. If there is any damage, missing parts, or abnormal condition, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the package, shipping label, and affected parts. We will check the situation and help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Important Note
Shipping damage or missing parts should be reported in time after delivery. Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, modification, or customer-side handling after receipt will not be covered by our shipping damage service.
